children's museum

Last Friday was one of a couple free days at our children's museum so we met Leah and Laura and their kiddos there for a very busy morning! It was a great idea...and of course half the rest of the city thought so as well (not to mention it was the Friday of most schools' spring break...) so that made the museum a little more crazy than usual, but I figured it would be that way and just went with the flow. The kids of course didn't care at all and had a blast! The problem with that was that they had so much fun they were hardly still for two seconds at a time which made the majority of my pictures kinda blurry! Oh well. Here are a few... :}

Puppet room!

Ok so this room has a life size doll house! This was pretty much all of our kiddos' favorite rooms. Even Mr. Happy and Aiden loved this...but who wouldn't? Leah and I wanted to know why someone didn't think of this when we were little and going to this same museum?! :}

As usual, Baby Leah found books for LM Sunshine to read to her! :)

Aiden found this train set and was good to go for a very long time!

Laura tells me that quite often when she and Baby Leah get in their car to go anywhere, Leah asks "Kiki?" "Tess? Jack?" I think she loves us. :) Which is good cuz we love her too! :)

Ha! Ok this picture is a good example of how not-still all our kiddos were! :) Lol. This was in the very cool jungle room.

Aand back to the doll house! Aiden discovered the doorbell that really works and might have loved it a lot.

Besides the life size doll house room, this is the other room that Mr. Happy asked to go back to. This rocket has been around since my brother was little like Mr. H. and this was one of his favorite spots too. :)

This is in the opposite corner from the rocket ship. A castle slide and tunnel. Perfect! :)

We decided we need brightly colored matching t-shirts for the kids next time...and to go on a day when it's not quite so crowded! Ha!
